After his playing career, Joe transitioned into coaching, bringing over 10 years of experience to the field. His passion for nurturing young talents has been evident in the numerous trophies he has won with his teams.

In 2014, he founded Aegon FC, a football club aimed at providing a platform for young players to learn and grow in the sport. Under his guidance, Aegon FC has become a symbol of excellence and sportsmanship, creating a positive impact on the youth football community in Kaohsiung.
